2. KYC & AML Data Collection

To comply with UK Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and provide secure financial services, we are required to verify the identity of our users. For this purpose, we collect:

• Identity Documents (e.g., Passports, BRPs, ID cards)
• Biometric Data (e.g., Facial recognition / Liveness checks)

3. Third-Party Data Processors (Sumsub & IF)

We do not process biometric data locally. All Identity Verification (IDV) and KYC processes are securely handled by our authorized third-party processor, Sum & Substance Ltd (Sumsub), in conjunction with our financial infrastructure partner (IF). By proceeding with our onboarding, you explicitly consent to your identity and biometric data being transmitted, processed, and stored by Sumsub and IF in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
