What is the Yoho Funds Passport?
A secure payment gateway and escrow-style flow for your tenancy: you choose a passport tier (3, 6, or 12 months), pay a one-time setup fee, and funds are safeguarded in line with our regulated partners’ requirements—not held as our corporate assets.
Is the setup fee really refundable?
Yes. If you do not sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST), the one-time setup fee is 100% refundable alongside eligible escrow funds, as set out in our Refund Policy.
Can I change my passport tier later?
Contact support before you sign an AST if you need to adjust your plan. Once your tenancy is active and drip-feed has begun, fees and fund treatment follow our Terms and Refund Policy.
What data is shared with landlords?
